中國共產黨中央委員會組織部(簡稱中組部)，是中共中央直屬機構。

中組部是中共最重要的部分之一. It is a secretive and highly trusted agency,[1] and forms the institutional heart of 列寧式黨系統. 它控制貫穿整個國家7超過千萬黨員的任命,[2] 並且編製詳細的內部報告 on future potential 黨領導.
